At Pink Gellac, we want you to be completely satisfied with your salon-quality manicure; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure all gel polishes and starter kits are in their original, sealed packaging to maintain hygiene standards.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original box, ensuring that bottle caps are tightened and protected to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
